Welcome to FeedSortr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FeedSortr Chrome extension ("Extension") and our accompanying website services ("Services"). By installing the Extension or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our product.

1. Description of Service

FeedSortr is an independent productivity web browser tool designed to help content creators, marketing managers, and businesses sort and analyze public social media profiles. The Extension parses DOM content inside the user's active browser window to compute engagement ratios, list feeds sorted by metrics (likes, views, comments, dates), and support local spreadsheet exports.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable subscription plans, FeedSortr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your individual or internal business analytical purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.
  • Redistribute, sell, or rent access to the Extension to third parties without prior written consent.
  • Bypass or attempt to alter licensing verification layers to access Pro features illegally.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

By using FeedSortr, you agree to behave responsibly and respect social platforms' general guidelines. You agree that:

  • Respect Platform Terms: You will only query public profile structures that you have a legitimate right to evaluate. FeedSortr operates locally and does not perform web scraping at scale.
  • Limit Rates: You will respect standard scrolling and page navigation rates. Automated behaviors that mimic heavy crawlers are not supported and are at your own risk.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your analytics operations align with the specific terms of use of Instagram and TikTok in your region.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Refund Terms

To access full parsing capacities (including sorting lists larger than 50 posts and the Pro Analytics Dashboard), you agree to choose one of our paid plans:

  • Billing Period: Subscriptions are processed on a recurring monthly or yearly billing schedule through Stripe.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your licensing portal. Cancellations apply to the end of the current billing interval.
  • Refunds: We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial monthly and yearly license plans if you are unsatisfied with the product's performance.
  • Lifetime Plan: The Lifetime License offers access to existing Extension features for the duration of the product's life cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyright, branding, design assets, and source code related to FeedSortr (including websites, custom stylesheets, marketing assets, and Extension code blocks) are the exclusive property of FeedSortr. You may not replicate our funnel logo or brand aesthetics without official permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

FeedSortr is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding product uptime or absolute platform compatibility. Social platforms modify their client layouts frequently. While we deploy rapid extension patch updates to maintain sorting algorithms, FeedSortr will not be held liable for any service interruptions, profile suspensions, or analytical discrepancies resulting from external platform updates.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the country in which the founders operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be handled inside local jurisdictions.
